Short Story
It had been a long day of helping her friend CentauriProxima at her bake shop, and Bhi was ready to relax in the field by her home. She stepped through the grass, humming a familiar tune, and taking in deep breaths of the fresh-tasting air. She stopped when she saw a large bees nest hanging from a tree, about six feet away. Bhi smiled widely and hopped over to the nest. She sat with a blissful sigh underneath the over-hanging tree and watched the bees as they worked tirelessly, collecting nectar for their nest. She watched the nest calmly before a bee landed on her nose. Bhi stopped, holding her face still. Everything in the world seemed to freeze as Bhi watched the little bug clean itself off, She couldn't take her eyes off of it. Her shoulders relaxed, and she could feel her worries leave her. In that moment, Bhi felt like nothing could stop her from enjoying her day.

Welcome to Studio Blu!A monthly prompt event based in the official Goatlings.com Discord server!
How it works!At the beginning of each month, a Discord moderator will post an inspirational theme. Members wishing to participate can draw or write a short story or poem about a Goatling using the theme as a guide!
Prizes!At the end of the month, two entries will be randomly selected to be featured on the site News and the members will receive a special in-game trophy!

Eirlys always loved settling down on a dark winter evening, curling up inside her cottage and looking outside into the darkness. There was something so undeniably comforting at being warm inside while outside was bitterly cold.
However, lately, she had begun to worry about her partner, Bud. Her girlfriend was always walking into the woods where Eirlys lived, wrapped in a cloak and on dark nights, using her Fire Blade as a lantern to see her way. Bud would joke about how dark it was getting these days, and settle in with a hot chocolate alongside Eirlys. She would sometimes mention how it had been cold, but then move on to chattering with Eirlys, and proudly showing off her latest loot from the Battle Center.
It was the socks that gave Eirlys her idea, though. Bud had mentioned how warm they were, and how some of the younger goats had been bickering over them.
“Even I have a pair,” Bud said, “And they really are ridiculously warm! It’s like being snuggled in two little blankets.”
Eirlys thanked her for her own pair, and sat looking at them for quite a while after her partner had left. They were as warm as advertised, and very fluffy too, but she’d seen some fluffier wool at one of the shops in town.
She ventured out the next day, buying skeins of red and white wool, fluffy as could be, and even stopped by the coffee shop for her regular drink, a Witch Tea. Justice greeted her with his warm smile, and she let herself relax, listening to the chatter of the other customers.
Refreshed, she made her way back home, weaving through the trees until she reached her little cottage, and that night she began to work on the scarf, knitting quickly. It grew and grew, until it was the perfect size, and she carefully wrapped it up, and attached a purple Sugar Star Charm to the ribbon.
“I want her to be warm when it’s so cold outside,” she murmured aloud.
Now, her gift simply awaited its owner, who would gasp and hug her girlfriend when she saw the charm and the scarf.

Greetings Fanlings!
January Support Boxes are now available at the Community Center. However, as Dawn, Dusk, and Twilight have been part of our site for some time, we'd like to share some exciting news with you...
In addition to our classic Support Boxes, we are introducing a brand new set of Support boxes! The new box themes will be Eclipse Flight, Rainbow Flight, and Solar Flight. Availability of classic and new Support Boxes will rotate every month.
Support Box Schedule
January - classic set
February - new set
March - classic set
April - new set
May - classic set
June - new set
July - classic set
August - new set
September - classic set
October - new set
November - classic set
December - new set
In order to keep the amount of boxes released a year consistent for classic boxes, the maximum amount of boxes members can obtain a month have increased from 1 to 2.
Monthly Support goals are mini fundraisers that help with general behind-the-scenes expenses such as small program updates, taxes, site maintenance, staff payments, and site fees. Our longer term goals also include taking on more help, improving current features, and upgrading the arcade with the help of our two new programmers!
Monthly Support also helps to keep the site ad free, and sneak peeks free on social media.
Three Support Boxes are available each month on rotation; Dawn Lucky Box, Twilight Lucky Box, and Dusk Lucky Box will be available for one month, and Eclipse Lucky Box, Rainbow Lucky Box, and Solar Lucky box will be available the next (and so on and so forth). Members can receive up to two of each unique Support Boxes during each new month’s support period - regardless of how much is donated.
These mini fundraisers will be reset at the start of each month, allowing members who donate to receive up to 6 new boxes a month. Support Box(es) will be added to the members account automatically as soon as a donation is made.
