Welcome to Goatling Spotlight! A mini event where we get to show off your favorite Goatlings! Each week a new Goatling will be featured in the News and the owner will receive a shiny Spotlight Trophy to display on their pets page or in their collection. This week is all about Qiana!
 | Name: Qiana Appearance Doll: Snowy Owl AD Guardian: @LibraWings Give Love! Bio: Being distinctly strange and marvelous, many are drawn to the soft-spoken Qiana. She is a competent but vague fortune teller who offhandedly sells matchboxes on the side. Qiana possesses a wide array of knowledge and do to this is often seen as supernatural by her peers. Qiana seems amused by her outsider status and endorses the questions inquisitive goatlings have for her. She's a very maternal being who loves taking care of younger goatlings. |

+ One rare baddy stamp. Stamps in rotation are;
Thoth Stamp, Masked Rival Stamp, Ethos Stamp, Luck Dragon Stamp, Queen Snake Stamp, and Apostrophe Stamp.

Rules and Guidelines
- Members may bid on multiple items and as many times as they like.
- Members may win multiple times in a row.
- Members may also snipe bids (bid as the auction is about to end).
- Members may do whatever they want with the items after they have won them. Such as sell, give away, hoard, or even pawn.
- Auctioned items will not retire.
- We understand that auctions may become intense, but please do not be frustrated or discouraged. There's always next week!
- Members who pester or disrespect others who have placed bids and/or won an auction will be permanently silenced.

Greetings Battlings!
Members can now enter their January/Winter/Winter Yeti & Minions/Bday themed designs (and/or nominate other Member Designs) for next months limited edition Battle Center Loot!

 | Name: Eldridge Appearance Doll: Herbalist AD Guardian: @Clawbiter Give Love! Bio: Eldridge (often called Ellie) is an herbalist goatling who lives beside Majestic Mountain, as he prefers to stay in a secluded area. He is rather timid and jumpy, and has a sharp tongue and always has a sarcastic reply to anything he doesn't agree with. Despite being rather moody, he has a soft spot for animals, such as Hoot, his snowy owl companion. When he isn't helping the sick or wounded, he can usually be found brushing up on his knowledge about herbs, or reading romance novels; he hopes to find a guy who loves him despite his odd hobby of collecting the skeletal remains of animals (mostly skulls, antlers, feathers, etc.) to use in his medical practices. |

Short Story
The herbalist's hooves clicked softly on the stone floor of the cave, his owl companion perched up on his shoulder in a watchful manner, yellow eyes peering into the darkness. Eldridge heaved a sigh, watching his breath billow out in a cloud before him before fading as quickly as it had come. "Where's that stone..." the small goat muttered to himself, ears flicking in a rather impatient manner. He was exhausted; he had been traveling for days on end to find this stone with supposed healing properties, but to no avail. It infuriated him! Though, he had to remind himself not to lose his temper too easily... He had a job to do. Suddenly, Hoot flew from the top of his master's hat, trying to guide him deeper into the cave... he had found something. But what was it? (TO BE CONTINUED IN A STORY)

It will soon be January so that means we will need a new Design-A-Goatling theme!
We want to know what themes you'd like to see so please share your thoughts and ideas in the thread linked below! The theme will need to cover 12 months. So 12 design prompts based on one theme. Next week we will vote on the most popular ideas to become our official theme for next year!
