The revival of retired items has been an important member feedback topic. Goatlings Staff have been working hard on a fair way to reintroduce these items while not lowering their value significantly.

The first step in the revival project will start soon. Starting this month, 3-4 past Seasonal Diamond Dust boxes will be featured as Monthly Support in limited quantities. Current Support Boxes have been permanently moved to the Diamond Dust shop. Box price will not change, but the amount will be raised from 2 to 6 each - for a total of 18 boxes per month. Member interest and feedback will determine if more types of retired items (such as past Battle Center sets) will be revived as well.

Site cost transparency has also been a important member feedback topic. This is a difficult number to predict as it varies month to month, and year to year depending on member support. So in short - the more the site is supported, the more updates we will be able to cover. However, we can come up with an accurate monthly cost based on last years earnings and costs.

Last year, an average of 3K per month was sent to staff/site payments, and that is what will determine this years Monthly Support goals.

Q: Why support boxes?
A: Support boxes are a good way way to limit quantities while not over saturating the market and devaluing the sets, and also supporting site updates.

Q: Why were the original goals set to $300?
A: Originally, on-site Monthly Support was created to replace our official Patreon page. At the time Patreon earned $300 a month, so it was a good starting point, but not the actual site cost. For the sake of transparency we will adjust Monthly Support to reflect a more realistic goal.
