Saturday Night Bidding Wars has begun! These Auctions will be held a once a week and feature exclusive items that are only available on auction night! The auctions start on Saturday and go on for 24 hours.
Items that will be Auctioned each week:
+ 2 exclusive Appearance Dolls (Rockabilly and Velvet Rose)
+ Exclusive Gavel Display Name Icon
+ Exclusive Auction Badge
+ One rare baddy stamp. Stamps in rotation are;
Bongo The Furmidable Stamp, Tulip Tender Stamp, Moonlit Rogue Stamp, Lucky Stamp, Tiangou Stamp, Fire Rooster Stamp, Thoth Stamp, Masked Rival Stamp, Ethos Stamp, Luck Dragon Stamp, Queen Snake Stamp, and Apostrophe Stamp.

Rules and Guidelines
- Members may bid on multiple items and as many times as they like.
- Members may win multiple times in a row.
- Members may also snipe bids (bid as the auction is about to end).
- Members may do whatever they want with the items after they have won them. Such as sell, give away, hoard, or even pawn.
- Auctioned items will not retire.
- We understand that auctions may become intense, but please do not be frustrated or discouraged. There's always next week!
- Members who pester or disrespect others who have placed bids and/or won an auction will be permanently banned from Goat Mail and Forums.
This IS a friendly bidding war so stay tough, calm, and have fun!

For a more intuitive way to find all shops in one place, a new category has been added to the Shopping District.
Member's can now find Special Event shops, Daily Errands Exchange shop, and Goat Princess Treasure shop at the Shopping District. These shops are also still available at their original locations.

Enter to win big in the weekly raffles!
Members only need to enter once for a chance to win Carnival Tickets each week during Summer Night Carnival. The fee to enter is 1,000 Sugar Stars, and participants automatically receive one Carnival Ticket for entering the raffle.
25 Members a week will win 25 Carnival Tickets each!
Raffle winners will receive a Notification from the News post that announces the winners, however they will not receive an additional Notification when they receive their Carnival Tickets.

Greetings Fanlings!
After a long hiatus, the Goatlings Gazette is BACK!
The Goatlings Gazette (aka Goatzetts) is a collaborative book containing content made by Goatling members and staff. The books feature art, comics, stories, poems, guides, HA Buddy Fashion, interviews, jokes, games, and more!

HISTORYIn the past, Goatzettes were hand made by Krisgoat. However, hand making the books was time consuming, and interest was low. So after just 8 Issues, the Goatzette's were put on hiatus until a better solution was found.
As the site grew, so did the interest in official Goatlings merch! As steps to create professionally made merch were made, plans to bring back Goatzettes were also made and a reliable bookmaking manufacturer was found.
WHAT IS NEWFor those who are familiar with the classic Goatzettes, you'll notice a few changes.
+ Each issue will be available in one cover, compared to having a choice of three.
+ Books will now come with exclusive collectable stickers instead of cards.
+ Size is increasing from 4x5 inches and about 25 pages, to 5x7.5 inches and about 50 pages.
+ If all goes according to plan, a hardcover Volume will also be released once a year containing all of that years issues. (There are 4 issues per year)
+ Free digital versions of the Goatzettes will from now on be available at the Palace Story Nook.
AVAILABILITY The Goatlings Gazette is free to read at the Palace Story Nook.
Physical books will be available at ko-fi.com/goatlings.

Welcome to Studio Blu!A monthly prompt event based in the official Goatlings.com Discord server!
How it works!At the beginning of each month, a Discord moderator will post an inspirational theme. Members wishing to participate can draw or write a short story or poem about a Goatling using the theme as a guide!
Prizes!At the end of the month, two entries will be randomly selected to be featured on the site News and the members will receive a special in-game trophy!

Writer's note: [a short story (featuring my goats wrene & verette) about a moment at the snc inspired by a ych i commissioned from @SilkySheep.]
a knock came on wrene's cottage door, and they jumped in shock. they went to open it anyway. outside was their friend verette.
"hiya wrene! you want to head down to the carnival in town with me?" verette grinned.
"... oh. if you insist but- i'm not too sure." wrene stumbled with their words in reply.
"it'll be fun anyway since its with me." verette rolled her eyes and dragged them along. wrene always had this unenthusiastic attitude.
...
after a little bit of trotting along in silence, the two arrived at the carnival. the sun was setting at this time. you could start to see the lights of all the rides and booths at the carnival. it was such a beautiful sight... but the carnival was bustling. wrene was standing there shaking kind of, they felt really off because of the amount of activity happening at the carnival.
"hey, don't just stand there like that! i'm here for you, you know that right? ...come with me, lets try our luck at the booths." verette said.
"... you know what. lets grab a drink first." wrene mumbled as they were passing a vendor with various cute looking milkshakes.
the two picked out a caramel milkshake topped with chocolate and sat down at a nearby table to enjoy it.
"this shake is really good! what do you think?" verette said.
"mmm. i like it too." wrene replied, a little smile appeared on their face.
